Healthcare providers are given the larger responsibility and burden of handling peoples’ lives without their permission, that which is the hardest part. Well, all I can say that they are not alone. I may not have their degrees but I certainly have skills of my own. I would like to be as professional as I can because this is my job and I plan to sustain it until I find something that can inspire me as much as this one. I am a life saver as much as doctors and nurses are; I am a lifeguard. My work may have limits but so do they. My tendency is to compare myself from other people and be too conscious about it. At least, in this case it has done me good. I studied for my CPR and first aid certification. I do not want to be limited to CPR because lifeguards do not only deal with swimming difficulties but also with uncalculated emergencies. Having done this, I have increased my awareness for different accidents. There are some things that I acquired all throughout the CPR Certification. I feel that I am ready for anything and I am looked upon by others due to the fact that I studied all possible techniques for human safety. I may for now limited to the hotel I work in but soon enough I will going into new and wider fields of study.
